3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Meeting application deadlines
  • Submitting required documents on time
  • Paying fees as agreed
  • Complying with university and visa requirements

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Additional costs (application fees, visa fees, etc.) are not included in our service fees
  • All fees are subject to change without prior notice

5. Service Guarantee

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee:

  • University admission
  • Visa approval
  • Scholarship awards
  • Processing times by universities or embassies

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trade Plus Education and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trade Plus Education shall not be liable for:

  • Rejection of applications by universities or embassies
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Changes in immigration policies
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Refund policies will apply as per the service contract.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
